These Terms are an agreement between you and [MALCOLM'S LLC NAME] for your use of https://vertechef.com and VerteChef Personal Meal Coach. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any add-ons you select.

Subscriptions, free trials and automatic renewal

If you start a subscription or free trial, it renews automatically. When your trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, and the same charge will repeat every billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal using the link in your receipt email or by emailing support@vertechef.com. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. We will send any reminders the law requires before a trial converts or an annual plan renews.

Not medical advice

VerteChef Personal Meal Coach gives general food and recipe information. It is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read our Health Disclaimer. Check with your doctor before changing your diet, and never change a medicine without your prescriber.

Your account

Keep your sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@vertechef.com if you think someone else has access.

AI features

Meal plans and coach replies may be created with AI and are checked automatically against your allergies, diet and safety limits, but they can still contain mistakes. Always read ingredient labels and use your judgment.

Shopping links and affiliate disclosure

The Grocery tab can send your list to Walmart (and, when available, Instacart). Product matches are suggestions found automatically from ingredient names, so check each item, its size and its ingredient label before you buy. Orders, prices, stock, substitutions, payment, pickup and delivery are between you and the store, under that store's terms; we are not the seller and never handle your payment. Orders are placed with and fulfilled by Walmart. For missing items, refunds or delivery issues, contact Walmart customer service. VerteChef is not responsible for Walmart orders. VerteChef may earn a small commission from qualifying purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change which items we suggest for your plan.

License

Your plan and recipes are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share or redistribute them.

Results and disclaimers

Quiz results and content are for general information only. Results vary, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any amount of weight loss or change in any health measure. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas, USA.
