Refund Policy

One-time purchases
If you're not satisfied, email support@vertechef.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't mean to keep, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it. Canceling during a free trial means you are never charged.
Physical products (if applicable)
Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us for return instructions. Items that arrive damaged or wrong are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
